Hello family and friends, below are some are the many delicious food options in Chapel Hill. We’ve recommended our favorites and those that have special meaning to us.

Carrburritos

• We love Carrburritos! They offer fantastic fillings that vegetarians and meat-eaters will love, quick service, and a casual eating environment. Like Chipotle, but SO MUCH BETTER.
• Fun fact: We often come on Tuesdays for “tofu Tuesdays.” 
• Distance from Hampton Inn: 0.1 miles, limited parking
• Closed on Sundays

Akai Hana

• A sushi restaurant on Main Street in Carrboro, Akai Hana is slightly more upscale, with delicious sushi!
• Fun fact: We celebrated two years of dating here.
• Distance from Hampton Inn: 0.5 miles, has its own parking lot

Vimala’s

• Vimala’s offers fantastic Indian food and several rotating specials. They have indoor and outdoor seating options, and they give back to the community by providing meals for people who are hungry.
• Fun fact: We went on our first date here!
• Distance from Hampton Inn: 0.3 miles, street parking

Elmo’s Diner

• A diner off of Weaver St. in Carr Mill Mall in Carrboro, Elmo’s serves classic southern comfort food.
• Fun fact: This is the designated meeting place between Dan and Rehan (groomsman) when Rehan returns to his hometown Chapel Hill
• Distance from Hampton Inn: 0.2 miles, easy parking in Carr Mill Mall

Cholanad

• Another indian restaurant on Franklin Street, Cholanad is slightly more upscale, with delicious appetizers, entrees, and beverages!
• Fun fact: We have been on several celebratory dates here.
• Distance from Hampton Inn: 0.5 miles, has its own parking lot

Spotted Dog

• A funky veggie-centric american diner.
• Fun fact: They have $5 cocktails on Friday nights 🙂
• Distance from Hampton Inn: 0.2 miles, street parking
